How could you describe your career path in few words?

With over 20 years of experience in leadership, finance, technology, global trade and consulting, she is dedicated towards greater Africa and is incorruptible about increasing the standard of living with no citizen left behind. What was your most challenging experience and has it changed your mindset?

It is quite interesting that I get asked this question often and my response has remained factually consistent. As someone who authored the quote "Push your dreams, do not let anything stop you from doing anything great for the world," I rarely fathom challenges or participate in grueling competitions. Our world is indeed complex but when you push your dreams assertively and ethically, challenges aren't challenges; they simply are milestone occurrences that get solved with wisdom, determination, perseverance and smart work. I'm unable to fathom a most challenging experience as I live my best life every day, pushing my dreams for greater humanity and Greater Africa. By 2027, I will take on the challenge of running for a topmost seat in Nigeria's Federal elections. Yes, I will do all it takes to win and liberate Nigerian citizens from kleptocratic governance and because it is my absolute, genuine passion, I don't consider any aspect of my political journey challenging, but rather exciting, audacious, hopeful and transformational. I will always see any and every challenge as an opportunity to learn, engage, grow, unite, strategize, win and succeed. Any and every challenge is a powerful moment to conquer.

Based on your experience, what’s the key success factor for a female leader?

Female leaders must have the time, determination and passion to succeed in their chosen field. Time is an important investment towards achieving success in any undertaking. Many female leaders who have achieved pinnacular success continuously build their personal board of directors (PBODs). These are people who believe in you, whom you have a close, mutually-beneficial and mutually-progressive relationship with. Many women leaders have their father, husband, professors, mentors, friends, confidants and bosses supporting them along their successful rise. It is also important to have a giving and kind heart. When you support people, most are inclined to support you in return.

What keeps you going? What activities do you enjoy most?

I enjoy teaching. I especially enjoy educating children. I am my children's main tutor. I am also into preventative healthcare and outdoor fitness. I work out approximately 3 times weekly, cycling, running and planking. In terms of preventative healthcare, I have found the vegan diet to be most enriching when balanced. I also enjoy mentoring, meeting amazing people and attending tasteful events.
